At 11:17 pm, on February 6 Dep. John Harms was on routine patrol in the area of Driftwood Beach in Lusby.
He made contact with the occupants of a vehicle that did not have a sticker for access to the beach.
A sixteen year old male and two adult male occupants of the vehicle were found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. Harms arrested Francis D. Holt, 19 of Lexington Park, Kevalyer T. West, 19 of Great Mills and the 16 year old, also of Great Mills and charged them all with possession of marijuana. The juvenile was released to the custody of a parent.
