Starting today at 7 a.m. and every hour thereafter, TheBAYNET.com will post the top ten stories of the year. First up at 7 a.m. will be the tenth most read story of the year, ending at 4 p.m. with the number 1 story of 2008.
TBN thanks each one of its readers for making 2008 the growth year it was for us. We look forward to more of the same in 2009.
In the coming weeks, look for many new contests and stories. We’ll offer prizes and pizzas and essay contests and more. That is in addition to our tradition of providing Southern Maryland with the latest and greatest breaking news stories – not later in the week, but as close to when they happen as possible!
There will also be increased coverage for education, health, community events and highlights of interesting people and places. Down the road in 2009, look for new TBN sections dedicated to the Department of Defense, Education, Politics, and Government.
