Thief Breaks In To Car By Library
On January 17, a woman reported that her vehicle, which had been parked behind the library on Duke Street in Prince Frederick, had the passenger side window broken out.
She told police that the theft occurred sometime between 1:45 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and that her purse and other personal items were missing. Dep. Wendland will continue the investigation.
Navigation Sound Systems Stolen From Car Parked At Home
On January 18 at 10:26 p.m., Dep. S. Brown responded to Bean Road in Lusby for a report of a theft from a motor vehicle. The man stated that sometime between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on the previous evening, his car DVD player and navigation system were stolen from his vehicle, which was parked, unlocked, in front of his residence. Dep. Brown will continue the investigation.
Cash Stolen From Car at Shopping Center
On January 31, Dep. T. Tilley responded to West Dares Beach Road to the Calvert Village Shopping Center in Prince Frederick to take the report of a theft from a vehicle. The victim stated that at around 4:30 that afternoon someone had stolen money from her purse, which was located in her vehicle. Dep. Tilley is continuing the investigation.
