At 7:20 p.m. Jan. 4, TFC Fleetwood of the Leonardtown barrack arrested Michael Anthony Cheston, 21, of Upper Marlboro on an open warrant for failing to appear in court to answer a charge of driving an uninsured vehicle.
He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $5000 bond.
At 10:05 a.m. Jan. 7, TFC Rezza of the Leonardtown barrack served David Michael Murphy, 26, of Mechanicsville, with a criminal summons to appear in court to answer to a charge of 2nd Degree Assault.
This charge resulted from an incident which occurred on Jan. 1.
At 10:50 a.m. Jan. 7, TFC Dolinger of the Leonardtown barrack arrested George Garrison Biscoe, 46, of Valley Lee, on an arrest warrant for failing to appear for a preliminary inquiry into charges of Driving an Uninsured Vehicle.
He was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held until posting a $3500 bond.
At 11:15 a.m. Jan. 7, TFC T. Quade of the Leonardtown barrack arrested Ashia Denetria Brown, 31, of Lexington Park on two open warrants.
One warrant was issued by the District Court of St. Mary’s County for failing to appear to answer a charge of driving on a suspended license and privilege. The second warrant was issued by the District Court for Calvert County for the same charge.
She was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
