HOLLYWOOD, MD — On June 17, three men were arrested for failure to register as sex offenders as required by Maryland statue.
The Sex Offender Compliance Unit in the Criminal Investigations Division of St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office has arrested the following individuals:
Josh M. Marsh
Joshua McCullough Marsh, 43, of Park Hall, MD, was arrested for Failure to Register as Tier II Sex Offender.
Jared V. Hardy
Jared Vaughn Hardy, 24, of Great Mills, MD, was arrested for Failure to Register as a Tier II Sex Offender and Failure to Notify of Employment Change.
David L. Anderson Jr.
David Lee Anderson, Jr, 22, of Lexington Park, MD, was arrested for Failure to Register as Tier III Sex Offender.
