New York, New York- The man accused of purposively driving his car into people Thursday in Times Square, was in court Friday afternoon and charged with Murder, 20 counts of attempted murder and five counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.
Richard Rojas, Bronx, NY; stated he was hearing voices and ” wanted to kill them all”. Rojas was formally in the US Navy but was discharged after disciplinary issues; according to military officials
