CALIFORNIA, Md. – The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for all of Southern Maryland which is in effect until 11:00 PM.
Severe thunderstorms are expected to develop through the afternoon across the region and will be capable of producing tornadoes. Hail up to the size of ping pong balls and 70 mph wind gusts are also possible.
