CALIFORNIA, Md. – Traffic lights are out of service and flashing at the intersection of RT 4 and Three Notch Road.
St. Mary’s County Sheriff Deputy’s and Maryland State Police Troopers are directing traffic.
Use caution in the area, stay alert for emergency crews and vehicles.
