Deputy Edwin Bradley conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Double Oaks Road and Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick shortly before 11 p.m., on July 7.
The driver, later identified as Jeffrey Alan Jaeger, 25 of Prince Frederick, was found to be in possession of a hand rolled marijuana cigarette, a metal smoking device with suspected burnt marijuana residue, pipe screens, and one yellow and one orange White Owl brand cigar tubes. The cigars were emptied of the tobacco and then filled with marijuana.
Jaeger was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
