Shelter says that no pets are to be euthanized

According to the Tri-County Animal Shelter no pets are being euthanized and they are just re-painting the shelter

According to Southern Maryland Lost and Found Pets (SMLFP) the Tri-County Animal Shelter is at full capacity as of Sept. 15. 

According to SMLFP In order to make room for any animals turned in today those who are already at the shelter must either be adopted or be euthanized.

SMLFP has since posted the following:

“Since so many of the at risk animals are rescue only, please consider adopting from Humane Society of Calvert County; The Humane Society of Charles County; St. Mary’s Animal Welfare League as all of them pull from Tri County. Adopting from on of these establishments will open up a cage for another pet.”
