LEONARDTOWN, Md. – On January 23, 2019, DFC. Davis J. Davis responded to the 21600 block of Susan Lane in Lexington Park, for a reported burglary to a vacant apartment.
Discovered in the apartment were Cornelius NMN Fenwick, age 41, and Samantha Lynn Rainer, age 26, both with no fixed address. Both Fenwick and Rainer had previously been served with notices not to trespass on the property. Both were arrested and charged with Burglary 4th Degree and Trespassing.
Fenwick was also charged with Possession of Contraband at Place of Confinement after a baggie of suspected marijuana was located on Fenwick’s person. CASE# 4583-19
