Two Flown To Trauma Center After Striking A Tree In Hollywood

HOLLYWOOD, Md. –  On February 22, 2024, at approximately 10:22 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Jones Road in the area of McIntosh Road. 

Upon arrival, crews found a single vehicle off the roadway into a tree with two occupants injured.

Two Flown To Trauma Center After Striking A Tree In Hollywood

EMS requested a MEDEVAC for both patients while enroute to MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital due to head injuries. Firefighters secured the landing zone at the hospital for Maryland State Police, Trooper 7.  Both patients were then airlifted to UM Capital Region Trauma Center for treatment. 

Police continue to investigate the incident.

  1. This kid that crashed the car with his friend is on Snapchat joking about the wreck and not caring about the other kid at all. He’s been driving over 100mph on his Snapchat on the daily around here and has been making a joke of his wreckless driving I hope someone in the courts see this cause this kid litteraly ENJOYS WRECKING CARS and hurting people.
