
WALDORF, Md. — Emergency crews responded late Thursday night to a rollover crash at the intersection of Berry Road and Bensville Road in Waldorf that left one person hospitalized.
The crash was reported at approximately 10:40 p.m. on March 5, 2026, with callers advising that a vehicle had flipped onto its roof. Multiple callers reported a two-vehicle collision, with one vehicle overturned and another vehicle involved in the crash.
First responders arrived to find a Cadillac overturned with all four wheels in the air and resting several feet down in a ditch near the intersection. The vehicle had damage to the passenger side.
A 28-year-old man was transported by ambulance to UM Charles Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Other occupants involved in the crash were evaluated at the scene and later transported to the hospital by family members.
Emergency crews remained on scene for more than an hour while assisting patients and clearing the wreckage.
Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
