PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. — Emergency crews responded Tuesday evening, Aug. 25, to a two-vehicle crash on southbound Route 4 in Prince Frederick.
The crash was reported at about 6:24 p.m. near Mr. Tire, 1535 S. Solomons Island Road.
Initial dispatch information indicated that both occupants were able to get out of their vehicles before emergency crews arrived. No entrapment was reported.
Two patients were evaluated by EMS. One patient was transported to CalvertHealth Medical Center for further evaluation. Initial radio traffic suggested the injuries were minor.
Maryland State Police and Calvert County emergency personnel responded to the scene.
Drivers traveling through the area should use caution and expect possible delays while crews work to clear the roadway.
