Deputy G. Mushchhette responded to the Wal-Mart in California, for a reported theft. The suspect, Dilante Bobby Lee Haley, age 19 of Hughesville, attempted to return merchandise he did not purchase. Haley was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft under $1000.00.
Deputy D. Smith responded to the Best Buy Store in California, for a reported theft. The suspect, Vernon Earl Grinder, age 47, of Lusby, was observed attempting to steal merchandise by placing it in his jacket and leaving the store without paying. Grinder was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft Less Than $1000.00.
