Units from the Bay District Volunteer Fire Department and the Lexington Park Rescue Squad responded to an accident on Town Creek Drive Monday just before noon.
Five units were called to the scene originally but were later called off.
The driver of the Ford Escort station wagon drove off the road and into a tree. The driver was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.
