On Thursday, Oct. 31 at approximately 9:50 a.m., there was a report of a vehicle that had struck the Dunkirk Medical Center. Reports stated the building was temporary evacuated so fire department personnel could check out the structure. Personnel from the Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Department secured the damaged area while waiting on the inspector. The building inspector arrived around 10:30 am to follow up on the inspection.
