On Oct. 18, at 6:40 p.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the upper parking lot of Kohl’s department store on Mall Circle Drive in Waldorf for the report of a citizen robbery.
Investigation revealed the victim walked out of the store and was approached by two suspects who grabbed him and pulled his zip-up sweatshirt from his body. The suspects fled in a red truck, possibly a Chevrolet Avalanche with tinted windows.
Both suspects are described as black males in their 20s or 30s with dreadlocks.
The victim was not injured during the robbery.
