
WALDORF, Md. — On Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, an early-morning fire damaged a cigar lounge in Waldorf, causing an estimated $75,000 in losses but no injuries, according to the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office.
Firefighters were dispatched at about 12:30 a.m. to Pasha Lounge, 3242 Old Washington Road, after an alarm company reported an activation. Crews arrived to find a broken front door and a fire burning inside. About 35 firefighters brought the blaze under control in roughly five minutes.
Investigators said the fire began in the humidor room and was incendiary in nature. An unidentified male suspect is believed to have ignited materials inside the building. Smoke alarms were present, and the fire alarm/sprinkler system activated. No arrests had been made as of Thursday.
Damage was estimated at $25,000 to the structure and $50,000 to contents.
