Maryland State Police are seeking information leading to the location and identity of the pictured individual. The person is wanted for questioning in connection with identity theft schemes which have occurred in Salisbury, Frederick, Glen Burnie and Baltimore, Maryland, and in Woodbridge, Virginia.
