On August 20, 2010 Deputy Thompson was patrolling the area of St. Mary’s Square in Lexington Park, when he observed Fredy Herman Eatmon, II, 45 of Washington D.C.
Deputy Thompson ran a warrant check of Eatmon and discovered he was wanted in Prince George’s County on an outstanding warrant. Eatmon was arrested on the open warrant.
Search incident to the arrest revealed Eatmon was in possession of a glass smoking device containing suspected crack cocaine residue. Eatmon was served with the open warrant and additionally charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected cocaine and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
