On Sept. 13 at 11:45 a.m., officers observed Charles Augustine Thomas, 50 of Newburg, near the 600 block of Charles
Street in La Plata.
Thomas had an open warrant for theft and was arrested. Officers found Thomas to be in possession of two knives; one his pocket and one tucked in his sock. He was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
