Leonardtown, MD –ย St.Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Cpl.Davis responded to the department of Parole and Probation for a report of a suspect using a prosthetic device to pass a urinalysis, July 18.

Contact was made with a probation agent who advised the defendant reported for a surpriseย urinalysis. Whileย conducting the observation of the test the probation agent noticed, “the urine was not exiting the subject in a normal stream and was only flowing when he squeezed the penis,” according to charging documents.ย 

The probation agent asked the defendant, who was identified asย Kevin J. Hancock, 32, of Leonardtown to take his hands off his penis and urinate. Hancock placed his hands down at his side and attempted to urinate but couldn’t.ย 

Hancock told the probation agent that he was under a lot of stress and could not urinate. The agent asked Hancock to lift his shirt and he noticed the prosthetic device.

The device that Hancock was using is known as a “Whizzinator and can be purchased online for subjects who need to have a clean urinalysis,” according to charging documents.ย 

Hancock at this time does not have a scheduled court appearance, Hancock faces a maximum jail sentence of one year and/or a maximum fine of $1,000.ย
