On Jan. 17, at 1:34 a.m., Trooper Donaldson responded to the 3900 block of Gordon Stinnett Avenue in Chesapeake Beach for a reported domestic assault.
Investigation revealed that the suspect struck his wife causing injury to her eye.
Thomas L. Mackall Sr., 49 of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
