On April 16, Dfc Scott Ruest responded to the Lexington Park Exxon for a reported assault.
Upon arrival, he found Adella M. Ackerman, 42 of no fixed address, yelling at the male victim/boyfriend. Ruest learned Ackerman and the victim became involved in an argument which escalated to a physical assault with male victim sustaining visible injury.
Ackerman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
