On August 3, at 11:08 p.m., Trooper First Class Laziuck stopped a vehicle on Rt. 261 south of Old Bayside Road in Chesapeake Beach for traffic violations.
Michelle M. Brown, 33 of Chesapeake Beach, was arrested and charged with DUI. She was also found to be in possession of Phencyclidine (PCP).
Brown was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
