Amy Kersnick
Dunkirk, MD— On October 27 Deputy M. McCarroll responded to the Walmart store in Dunkirk for the report of a shoplifter in custody.
Amy Kersnick, 42, of Upper Marlboro was found to be in possession of stolen clothing, other general items and a controlled dangerous substance (Suboxone).
She was transported to the Detention Center and arrested for theft and CDS.
