On March 30, St. Mary’s County Deputy M. Campbell responded to Belk’s Department Store in California, for a report of a theft.
Investigation revealed Anastasiya Andreyevna Ojeda, 34 of Ames, IA, placed several items (clothing & shoes) in her purse and attempted to leave the business without paying for the items. The theft was recorded on the stores security surveillance camera.
Ojeda was arrested and charged with theft under $500.
