On Dec. 20, at 5:27 p.m., Mary Agnes Morgan, 38 of Great Mills, was arrested by Tpr. J. Pilkerton for second-degree assault. Tpr. J. Pilkerton responded to the 46000 block of Flower Drive in Lexington Park for the reported disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the woman complainant, 46 of Lexington Park, and she advised she was assaulted by Mary Morgan. After interviewing all parties involved, Morgan was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
