Lexington Park, MD — The St. Mary’s County NAACP and St. Inie’s Coffee invite the community to wrap up the summer with a ‘Friday Night In The Park’ celebration held at John G. Lancaster Park in Lexington Park.
The free event kicks off at 6 p.m. on August 30 and runs through 9 p.m.
There will be refreshments, a DJ and dancing, plus activities including Zumba fitness classes, open courts for basketball and soccer, games, and a corn hole tournament.
If there’s a good turnout, there are plans to make it an annual event.
