While conducting a patrol check of the area at the end of Pushaw Station Road in Sunderland on March 26 at 11:12 p.m. Calvert County Dep. Jeffrey Denton observed a vehicle occupied by three persons parked with the engine running.
The driver of the vehicle, later identified as Mark Ellis Grace III, 22 of Owings, was found to be in possession of suspected drugs and paraphernalia.
He was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of Suboxone, use of drug paraphernalia, a homemade smoking device and use of drug paraphernalia, a plastic cellophane wrapper as well as paper used to contain crack cocaine.
