“He was released to the custody of a parent.”
This should read:
“He was incarcerated with a parent and both are in custody.”
But no, ‘WE’ want the irresponsible parent to allow their child to continue to commit crimes while armed with weapons.
Armed robbery and released to a parent? Should read juvenile delinquent charged and worthless parent held in same jail cell until trial.
