Assault 2nd Degree – On Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 11:23am, TFC M. J. Pitcher responded to the 45000 block of Happyland Road in Valley Lee for a reported assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with a female complainant, 35, of Valley Lee who advised she was punched by a female juvenile, 15, of Valley Lee. Information provided by the complainant and the suspect, resulted in the arrest of the female juvenile for Second Degree Assault. The juvenile was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack, where representatives from the Department of Juvenile Services responded to conduct intake procedures. The juvenile was charged and transported to the Waxter’s Youth Facility in Laurel, Maryland pending further action by juvenile services.
