At 11:43 a.m. Oct. 27, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to Billingsley Road near Middletown Road in White Plains for the report of a vehicle crash.
Investigation revealed Noel Patrick Reynolds, 16, of White Plains was driving a 2006 Suzuki Forenza sedan east on Billingsley Road near Hanson Road when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree. Reynolds was transported to Civista Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Speed, the wet roadway and driver inexperience were factors in the crash. Reynolds was wearing a seatbelt.
Part of Billingsley Road was closed for approximately two hours while the Sheriff’s Office investigated the crash. Officer R. Glover of the Traffic Operations Unit is investigating.
