CLINTON, Md. — Five people have been injured, two critically in a car accident on Old Alexandria Ferry Rd. in Maryland, PIO of PGFD Mark Brady says.
Prince George’s County police say the call for the accident came in around 7:37 p.m.
They say after a preliminary investigation, it appears two cars collided head-on. The cars involved were a sedan and a pick-up truck.
Police says the sedan had only one occupant, who was transported to a nearby hospital via helicopter with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the truck had four occupants. Two of the occupants had minor injuries, while one suffered serious injuries, and another suffered critical injuries.
Police say Old Alexandria Ferry Rd. is shut down between Malcolm Rd. and Delano Rd.
