WALDORF, Md. — A Washington, D.C. woman was charged after authorities reported she attempted to leave Sam’s Club in Waldorf without paying for more than $200 in merchandise.
Felicia Sebrina Williams, 59, was charged with theft of $100 to under $1,500 following the June 14, 2026, incident.
A Charles County officer responded around 3:20 p.m. to Sam’s Club, located at 2365 Crain Highway in Waldorf, for a reported theft.
According to the statement of probable cause, an asset protection manager reported that Williams had a known history of stealing from the store.
The asset protection manager reported that Williams concealed several items and passed all final points of sale without paying. The total retail value of the items was listed as $235.38.
Williams was located in the cafe area of the store and placed under arrest, according to charging documents.
Court records show Williams was released on recognizance June 14.
A trial is set for Aug. 14 in Charles County District Court.
