
St. Mary’s County Deputy First Class Flerlage responded to a residence on Yorktown Road in Lexington Park on October 3rd, for a reported domestic assault.
The victim alleged on 10-2-14 suspect Anthony Macio Wilson JR, 26, of Lexington Park, hit the victim during an argument. Later that evening, the victim attempted to leave the residence in a vehicle and was blocked in the driveway.
Wilson then forcibly pulled the victim from the vehicle by the victimโs wrist, struck the victim in the face, neck, and chest, and threw wrenches striking the victimโs body. The victim further alleged Wilson produced a knife, pointed it toward the victimโs face and threatened the victim with it.
At that time, the victim was able to flee to a neighborโs home and call police. Wilson was located and placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Maryโs County Detention Center and charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Assault.
Wilson also had 3 outstanding warrants for his arrest for failure to appear in court, which were served.
