St. Mary’s County Deputy First Class Flerlage responded to a residence on Yorktown Road in Lexington Park on October 3rd, for a reported domestic assault.

The victim alleged on 10-2-14 suspect Anthony Macio Wilson JR, 26, of Lexington Park, hit the victim during an argument. Later that evening, the victim attempted to leave the residence in a vehicle and was blocked in the driveway.

Wilson then forcibly pulled the victim from the vehicle by the victimโ€™s wrist, struck the victim in the face, neck, and chest, and threw wrenches striking the victimโ€™s body. The victim further alleged Wilson produced a knife, pointed it toward the victimโ€™s face and threatened the victim with it.

At that time, the victim was able to flee to a neighborโ€™s home and call police. Wilson was located and placed under arrest. He was transported to the St. Maryโ€™s County Detention Center and charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Assault.

Wilson also had 3 outstanding warrants for his arrest for failure to appear in court, which were served.
