Deborah M. Hillย 

Leonardtown, MD— An Odenton woman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance while in confirment and possession of a controlled dangerous substanceย not marijuana.ย 

On Sept. 19 correctionalย officers located a small baggie of a possibleย controlled dangerous substance in the pocketย of the defendant identified as Deborah M. Hill, 57, of Odenton.ย 

Hill was at district court for a hearing for a violation of her probation, and at the conclusionย of the hearing was taken into custody where the green baggie was found.ย 

Hill was advised that she was in court because she violated her probation in July, later advising the baggie in her pocket was “leftover crack cocaine from her use of the drug back in July,” according to charging documents.ย 

Hill is currently being held at the St. Mary’s Countyย Detention Center. She faces a maximum jail sentence of seven years and/or a maximum fine of $26,000.ย
