Calvert County Dep. Ian Umphrey arrested three men for drug possession after making a traffic stop on their vehicle on Jan. 30 at 9:15 p.m. on Ball Road and Tupelo Court in Port Republic.
The driver, John Tito Jumalon, 19 of Lusby, and two passengers, Jeffrey Thomas Phelps, 19 and Sean Patrick O’Neal, 18, both of Port Republic, were all arrested and charged with possession of marijuana
