On June 24, at 1:22 p.m., Tpr. M. Koock responded to the Family Dollar Store in Leonardtown for the reported theft in progress.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 56 of Clements, who had detained the suspect, Allison Meg Williams, 45 of Lexington Park, for stealing items from the store. Recovered from her person were a bottle of hair mousse and hair ties totaling $3.25. Williams was issued a No Trespass Notice for the store and a Criminal Citation.
She was released at the scene pending her appearance in court in July 2009.
