On Oct.9, at 11:24 a.m., Gene David Meier, 46 of Woodbridge, Va. was arrested by Tpr. G. Thompson for possession of marijuana and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
Meier was operating a black Toyota Tacoma on south bound Three Notch Road in Hollywood, north of Hollywood Road, when he was stopped for not being restrained by a seat belt. A routine MVA check revealed Meier’s driving privileges were suspended. Meier was taken into custody and placed under arrest for driving on a suspended license.
A search incident to the arrest revealed Meier was in possession of a small baggie of marijuana and a CDS smoking device.
Meier was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was detained pending a bond review.
