Bryantown, MD – Sources at the scene of a crash at the Oliver Shop Road-Crescent Run Street intersection reported that a vehicle crashed into a utility pole. One person was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries. The crash occurred around 5:40 p.m.
A crew from Southern Maryland Electric Cooperative is on the scene. There are no reports of utility service outages at this time. The intersection will be closed for several hours while repairs are made
Motorists should avoid the area until further notice.
