FATAL MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT IN MARYLAND

WALDORF, Md. — A motorcyclist was killed Thursday night following a crash in Waldorf that also sent a 69-year-old man to the hospital.

The collision was reported around 9:10 p.m. on April 30, 2026, in the area of Berry Road and Mill Hill Road.

Initial reports indicate the motorcyclist struck the rear of another vehicle. Emergency responders arriving on scene found the rider unresponsive in the roadway.

Fire and EMS personnel initiated advanced life support measures on the motorcyclist, who was later pronounced deceased.

An occupant of the other vehicle, identified as a 69-year-old man, was transported to Charles Regional Medical Center for treatment.

Authorities temporarily shut down portions of Berry Road as crews worked the scene and conducted their investigation.

No additional details about the identities of those involved have been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
