On June 3, 2011 David Eugene Gray, Jr. 38 of no fixed address was served with a Protective Order ordering he not have contact or abuse the petitioner of the protective order. The Protective Order is active until June 2, 2012.
On January 28, 2012 Gray was at the petitioner’s residence in Mechanicsville, Maryland. A verbal dispute began and Gray pushed the petitioner/victim. A third party attempted to intervene and was also assaulted by Gray. When deputies arrived Gray was still at the victim’s residence. Gray was arrested and charged with two counts of second degree assault and one count of violating the terms and conditions of a Protective Order.
