Calvert County, MD — A thief at the Prince Fredrick Walmart had no problem stealing from a baby.
On Saturday, the Calvert County Sheriff’s Department responded to a theft complaint just after 6 p.m.
A woman reported that an unknown suspect stole her son’s shirt and her wallet from a stroller that she’d left unattended while shopping.
Also highlighting that it’s never safe to leave a purse or wallet unattended, on August 19, another woman reportedย that sometime between August 17 and August 19 at 6:00 p.m. someone entered her vehicle on Foxwood Lane in Lusby and stole money, her social security card, a Wawa gift card, and an old driverโs license.
On August 23, another victim had a much smaller loss, reporting that sometime between August 22 at 6:30 p.m. and August 23 at 8:00 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) entered his vehicle on Thunderbird Drive in Lusby and stole loose change. The value of stolen property is approximately $6.
