On June 28, at 11:29 p.m., Tpr J. Pilkerton responded to the 38000 block of Golden Beach Road in Mechanicsville for the reported disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 31 of Mechanicsville, she advised she was involved in an argument with her boyfriend, 35 of Mechanicsville. He agreed to leave and took some personal property. The boyfriend advised he would need to return to pick up his work vehicle. When he returned about an hour later, he discovered his girlfriend had removed some of his clothes from the residence and began burning them.
He called the police and Tpr. Pilkerton responded back to the residence and observed the burning of the clothes.
The boyfriend removed his work vehicle and the investigation continues.
