On April 14, at 1:24 p.m., Cpl. J. Logalbo responded to the report of a burglary in Hollywood.
Upon making contact with the victim Cpl. Logalbo observed that suspects had entered the residence and removed several items from within. Through his investigation Cpl. Logalbo was able to identify two suspects.
Demetrius R. Dyson, 18 of Valley Lee, was observed operating a motor vehicle in the area of Callaway and a vehicle stop was initiated. A consent search led to items stolen from the burglary being located in Dyson’s vehicle.
Further investigation led to the identification of a second suspect, Roshaundra D. Dyson, 22 of Lexington Park. She was located and placed under arrest.
Both suspects were charged with first-degree burglary, theft over $500 and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
