On Dec. 15, at 5:55 p.m., Trooper First Class J. Wiersma stopped a vehicle for traffic violations at Route 4 south of West End Blvd.
Investigation revealed the three juveniles in the vehicle were all in possession of marijuana.
The juveniles were transported to the Prince Frederick Barrack for processing and charged with possession of marijuana.
