UPDATE: WALDORF, Md.  -10:30 a.m. StudentVue and ParentVue, the online learning management system for Charles County Public Schools (CCPS), is back up and running. Please try to have your child log in to their account to access today’s live instruction. Parents and students may need to refresh their web browser before trying to log in again.

The system provider, Edupoint, worked with us throughout the morning to provide us with additional resources. CCPS worked with Edupoint in advance to prepare for online learning and the volume of traffic expected on the first day of school.
CCPS will excuse any student absences caused by today’s log in issues. We appreciate your patience as our staff worked to manage this situation today and provide live instruction for students. We do not anticipate any more issues.
Edupoint has committed to monitor and provide whatever support is necessary to keep our students teachers online teaching and learning. We apologize for the inconvenience caused this morning.

UPDATE: 9:20 a.m. — Synergy technicians continue to work on the issue.

WALDORF, Md. – The CCPS website, StudentVue and ParentVue are currently experiencing heavy traffic and causing access issues. We are working as quickly as possible to address the issues.
