EMS Chief Charles “Charlie” Wills
LA PLATA, Md. – During his 64 consecutive years of service, Charlie devoted himself to the Potomac Heights Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad and the State of Maryland.
He worked on many committees and was elected to several prestigious positions within the Charles County Association of Emergency Medical Services, Charles County Volunteer Firemen’s Association, Southern Maryland Volunteer Firemen’s Association and the Maryland State Firemen’s Association
